Since 20 years Mastervolt has been developing, manufacturing and distributing technologies for independent electricity generation. As early as 1993, Mastervolt launched its first photovoltaic inverter, the Sunmaster 130. Mastervolt is thus a true pioneer in the solar industry.
Today, Mastervolt has branches in over 80 countries on all continents of the world. Since January 2011 Mastervolt is a subsidiary of Actuant, a globally active technology group. The association with a financially strong, listed corporation will allow Mastervolt to continue the growth course and to bring innovative products and technology to the market even faster.
Flexible technology optimized for installers’ needs
Mastervolt supplies photovoltaic inverters ranging in output from 0.7 kWp to 30 kWp. The technology used in all the company’s devices is designed to achieve the highest yields, even in variable weather conditions or in combination with a multitude of different PV module types. A variety of plant sizes and different types of solar modules can thus be covered with relatively few inverter types. This flexibility reduces training times and storage requirements for installers and distributors alike. Owing to their low weight and versatile assembly accessories, Mastervolt products are optimized for easy installation.
Award Winning Technology and Design
The Mastervolt Soladin WEB inverter series has won the Product of the Year Award at the Solar UK Industry Awards 2013. Despite its compact size, the Soladin WEB is the first inverter of its class to come as standard with integrated, easy-to-use Wi-Fi combined with free, user-friendly online monitoring via the IntelliWeb portal. This allows even owners of small plants to monitor their investment without any prior technical knowledge, additional devices or software. The Soladin WEB is also the first inverter of its class whose firmware can be updated remotely via the internet.
